About Us

Thanks for allowing me to tell you about myself and the mission of Best Bets Travel Inc. My name is Elizabeth 'Bets' Kelly and I'm the founder and co-owner of Best Bets Travel.

With over 20 years experience in the travel industry I can say I love to travel. It's a Great, Big World and the more we experience it first-hand, the smaller and friendlier it gets. Best Bets Travel is an active CLIA member,which affords us all major cruise lines and tour companies full endorsement. I've also been a Certified Travel Consultant, as per the Institute of Certified Travel Consultants (ICTA) since 1998.

I'm proud to say that I'm an active member of SATH (Society for Accessibility in Travel and Hospitality) and as such,I'm dedicated to providing travel arrangements to people with disabilities. I've studied the needs of the disabled traveler and have become an Accredited Disability Agent as well. Recently, the Travel Institute implemented an Accessible Travel Specialist course, which I'm proud to have completed.

Travel Agents often are invited to inspect hotels and ships and I'm one of a very few who actually do that inspection with disabilities in mind. My mission is to provide professional, personal service to people with disabilities.
